Are you in it to win it? Are you ready for a change?
Do you know that it takes a lot to make a little change? That's a scary thought isn't it? I mean, we all want it to be so fast! Hear me out though. Once you create the change, get the wheels rolling and embrace the fact that it really is a lifestyle, then what you want to see WILL come quick. It's a snowball affect of the mindset. It's all in the mindset. When you are ready to make changes, changes happen.
I'm also not asking you to do ALL. THE. THINGS. at every moment for the rest of your life. By thinking of changes in smaller increments, like 2 weeks, 2 months or 12 week sections you will be able to relax about it. You will have that light at the end of the tunnel so you will be able to take a mental and physical break.. When you allow yourself to take those breaks, you will be able to come back FULL-Force and back in action. You will see change happen faster and you will feel even better.
Allow yourself to recognize the need for a lifestyle change but also allow yourself the freedom to be YOU, relax a little and not drive yourself into running in the opposite direction! Stress Less and Do More in your life!
